When the return is approved, the product fee will be refunded to your credit card within 10 business days, which is the legal period. You can return the product you purchased from tubaergin.com with your invoice within 14 days from the invoice date and exchange it with another product of the same amount from Tuba Ergin stores. Returns of products whose original package has been spoiled, used, the label has been destroyed, damaged and cannot be purchased by another customer cannot be accepted.
