Terms of service
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the electronic access and use by all persons ("Member") of the services provided by Tuba Ergin ("Marka"), including the use of the website tubarergin.com ("Service") owned by Df Tasarım Tekstil Ltd. Şti. Access to or use of the Services constitutes the Member's agreement to be bound by these Terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between the Member and the Brand. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
USE OF SERVICES
The Services are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, content, products or services obtained from the Services without the prior written permission of Marka. The views and opinions expressed by the Member on the Website, the images, messages, comments and statements shared are solely his/her own views and he/she is responsible for the consequences of such views and comments and for any damages caused by the views or opinions shared by third parties. The Company shall have no relationship or responsibility for such views, comments, images or messages and shall not be liable for any damages caused by third parties resulting from the views of members.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account with the Brand. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the registration process and agree to keep your account information up to date. The Member is obliged to immediately indemnify Marka for any damages that Marka may incur due to inaccurate information or failure to update membership information. Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that take place under their accounts. Members do not have the right not to provide their password information to a third party or transfer their membership to another person. Members agree to notify Marka immediately in case of unauthorized use of their accounts or breach of security. Marka may share the Member's information with the relevant official authorities, but may do so in a limited manner in order to fulfill the demands of regulatory or judicial bodies. If there is no confidentiality decision to the relevant official authority, the Member will be informed about the transaction. The Marka may conduct evaluations and statistical studies by anonymizing the introductory and/or personal information provided by the Members and publish them on the Website in general.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and all content, materials and features available through the Services, including, but not limited to, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, videos, sounds, software and code ("Content") are owned by Brand or its licensees and are protected by intellectual property laws. Members may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the Content without the prior written permission of the Brand or the respective rights holders.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND PRICING
The Brand tries to provide accurate and up-to-date product information and pricing on the Services. However, the Brand does not guarantee that product descriptions, images, prices or other content are accurate, complete, reliable or error-free. The Brand reserves the right to correct or update any errors, inaccuracies or omissions or to change pricing information without notice.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
If Member places an order for products through the Services, Member agrees to provide accurate and complete information for the order, which includes Member's delivery address and payment details. By submitting an order, the Member is offering to purchase products at the prices and terms specified in the order. The Brand reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. Payment for orders must be made in the currency and method specified in the Services. The Member is responsible for all taxes, customs duties and other fees associated with its order.
SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
Brand will use reasonable efforts to ship products to Members in a timely manner, but specific delivery dates or times are not guaranteed, only estimated times are provided. Loss and title to products purchased through the Services passes to the Member upon delivery to the carrier. The Member is responsible for inspecting the products upon receipt and reporting any damaged or missing products to the Brand.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Brand's return and exchange policy is available on the Services and is subject to change at Brand's sole discretion. Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase. Generally, products may be returned or exchanged within a specified time frame, subject to certain conditions and, if applicable, certain fees.
